At Thermalution Store, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and services. All products, with the exception of ex-demo, or clearance products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted.

Purchased items in new and unused condition (with tags remained attached and original packaging) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, excluding transaction fees, within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for the lost of items in return shipping. No exchange or refund will be accepted if returned item does not have an RMA number written on the outside of the shipped package.


  1. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. First, contact us in writing and provide a photocopy of original proof of purchase (e.g., invoice/sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date) for verification. 

  2. Upon our approval of customer’s exchange or refund request and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, customer needs to send back the item in its original packaging with all tags remained attached to the product and attach the copy of the original invoice/sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Any return without an RMA number on the shipping box will not be accepted. 

  3. Upon receiving the returned item from customer in good order, we will notify customer the exchange or refund status.

  4. If the condition of any returned items are not in new and unused condition (with tags remained attached and original packaging), then they will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
